Il y a un moment (en 2013), je me suis demand\u00e9 \u00e0 quoi ressemblerait le robot le plus simple que je pourrais fabriquer. Je vous propose de d\u00e9couvrir dans ce billet le r\u00e9sultat.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Il s&#8217;agissait de fabriquer un robot autonome capable de se d\u00e9placer en \u00e9vitant les obstacle. Ceux ci peuvent en effet \u00eatre utilis\u00e9s facilement, puisqu&#8217;il n&#8217;y a pas besoin de circuit contr\u00f4leur de moteurs. J&#8217;ai donc utilis\u00e9 4 batteries AA rechargeables, d&#8217;une tension nominale de 1.2V lorsqu&#8217;elles sont pleinement charg\u00e9es, ce qui donne 4.8V avec les 4 en s\u00e9rie. L&#8217;ensemble est plac\u00e9 dans un boitier \u00e0 batteries AA qui est fix\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re du robot par une vis, \u00e0 l&#8217;horizontale au dessus des servomoteurs. Pour conserver le circuit le plus simple possible, et pour essayer la faisabilit\u00e9 d&#8217;une telle solution, j&#8217;ai choisi de me passer de tout circuit de r\u00e9gulation de tension. J&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d&#8217;utiliser une puce d&#8217;ATMega328p, principalement parce que j&#8217;en avais en stock. J&#8217;ai utilis\u00e9 la puce seule, \u00e0 8Mhz, et sans autre composant, en utilisant l&#8217;oscillateur interne. Il n&#8217;y a pas de r\u00e9sistances, condensateurs ou quoi que ce soit d&#8217;autre. Ce n&#8217;est pas une pratique recommand\u00e9e pour un projet \u00e0 long terme, car la qualit\u00e9 de l&#8217;alimentation \u00e9lectrique jouera sur la stabilit\u00e9 de l&#8217;ensemble. Toutefois l&#8217;objectif \u00e9tait \u00e9galement d&#8217;en faire l&#8217;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n<p>La puce est plac\u00e9e sur une petite plaque de prototypage (mini breadboard), et l&#8217;alimentation \u00e9lectrique est connect\u00e9e \u00e0 celle ci. Les c\u00e2bles &#8220;signal&#8221; des servomoteurs sont connect\u00e9s \u00e0 des sorties num\u00e9riques de la puce, et les servomoteurs sont aliment\u00e9s. Nous avons maintenant le cerveau du robot.<\/p>\n<p>On notera qu&#8217;il est possible d&#8217;utiliser des puces plus simples, par exemple un ATTiny85, qui ne dispose que de 5 GPIO, mais est plus compact avec ses 8 pattes. En terme de programme et de comportement du robot, \u00e7a ne changera toutefois que peu de choses voire rien du tout.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Les capteurs<\/h2>\n<p>Pour rester dans la simplicit\u00e9, deux solutions ont \u00e9t\u00e9 envisag\u00e9es : des capteurs de contact (microswitches avec levier) ou un capteur de distance infrarouge. J&#8217;ai retenu cette solution, car elle permettait de se passer de r\u00e9sistances de tirage, et r\u00e9duisait le nombre de c\u00e2bles. Le capteur utilis\u00e9 est un capteur infrarouge sharp \u00e0 r\u00e9ponse logarithmique, fonctionnant dans la plage 10-80cm. Ce n&#8217;est pas mon capteur pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9, mais il est simple et relativement \u00e9conomique. Deux fils sont utilis\u00e9s pour l&#8217;alimentation, et le troisi\u00e8me sert \u00e0 conduire le signal analogique de distance. On le branche donc sur une entr\u00e9e analogique du microcontr\u00f4leur.<\/p>\n<h2>Le programme<\/h2>\n<p>Le programme est \u00e9galement tr\u00e8s simple. Dans la boucle infinie de la puce, on mesure le signal retourn\u00e9 par le capteur. On compare cette valeur \u00e0 un seuil pour d\u00e9terminer s&#8217;il y a un obstacle proche.<\/p>\n<p>SI c&#8217;est le cas, le robot tourne \u00e0 gauche. Dans le cas contraire, le robot avance.<\/p>\n<p>Ce programme est tr\u00e8s simple, voire minimaliste. Cela suffit toutefois \u00e0 \u00e9viter des obstacles.<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9sultat final<\/h2>\n<p>Le r\u00e9sultat est un petit robot simple, peu \u00e9volu\u00e9, mais qui fonctionne malgr\u00e9 l&#8217;absence d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments importants tels qu&#8217;un r\u00e9gulateur de tension, ou de condensateurs de lissage. Cela vient d&#8217;un \u00e9quilibrage des masses absolument pas optimis\u00e9. Toutefois, ce probl\u00e8me n&#8217;est pas extr\u00eamement g\u00eanant dans ce contexte, d&#8217;autant moins qu&#8217;il s&#8217;agissait d&#8217;un robot
