Il tourne sous <a href=\"https:\/\/www.openmediavault.org\/\">Open Media Vault<\/a> 5 (OMV), avec tous mes <a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Docker_(logiciel)\">dockers<\/a> (Tous deux des logiciels libres et gratuits!). En plus, j&#8217;ai 4 disques externes de 4To, en backup des disques du NAS. Jusqu&#8217;ici, je branche chaque disque, avant de lancer un Rsync pour synchroniser vers le disque de backup.<\/p>\n<p>Mais plut\u00f4t que d&#8217;avoir des disques &#8220;en vrac&#8221;, j&#8217;ai d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de concevoir avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.freecadweb.org\/?lang=fr\">FreeCAD<\/a> (Aussi libre et gratuit!) un ensemble de pi\u00e8ces qu&#8217;on peut fabriquer \u00e0 l&#8217;imprimante 3D, et qui une fois assembl\u00e9es permettront de construire facilement un second NAS. Nous verrons ici la conception des pi\u00e8ces dans FreeCAD, ce qui peut vous donner une id\u00e9e de ce que permet ce logiciel.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2>Conception param\u00e9trique et feuille de calcul<\/h2>\n<p>FreeCAD permet de faire de la <strong>conception param\u00e9trique<\/strong>, c&#8217;est \u00e0 dire que l&#8217;on d\u00e9finira des variables (les param\u00e8tres) qui influeront sur le design. Certains trous recevront des inserts en laiton pour avoir des pas de vis solides (on reviendra dessus dans le prochain billet de la s\u00e9rie).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ici, il y a 4 paires de trous, pour quatre disques durs. Entre les disques durs viendront des panneaux qui se visseront sur cette base.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Les s\u00e9parateurs\/cot\u00e9s<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous aurons 5 fois la m\u00eame pi\u00e8ce ici, pour simplifier  l&#8217;assemblage et la conception. La pi\u00e8ce est de plus sym\u00e9trique, donc peut se monter quel que soit le sens. Il s&#8217;agit donc d&#8217;un panneau globalement creux, avec des renforts en croix pour la solidit\u00e9. Les trous correspondent \u00e0 ceux de la base, et re\u00e7oivent des inserts. De nombreux trous correspondent aux trous des s\u00e9parateurs et de la base, pour l&#8217;assemblage de ces \u00e9l\u00e9ments entre eux. En effet, pour 4 disques, le ventilateur de 140 est plus adapt\u00e9 et couvre mieux les disques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3>Pi\u00e8ces en mat\u00e9riaux souples anti chocs et anti vibrations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans les ouvertures rectangulaires de la base, des pi\u00e8ces en mat\u00e9riaux souples viendront se glisser. Ils ne pourront donc ni bouger, ni transmettre ou recevoir de vibrations ou chocs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les coussinets sur la base sont pr\u00e9vus pour accueillir des sondes de temp\u00e9rature DS18B20 qui vous indiqueront donc la temp\u00e9rature de chaque boitier de disque dur (on d\u00e9taillera cet aspect dans un autre billet).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Les fichiers pour faire le votre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>J&#8217;ai post\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prusaprinters.org\/prints\/42413-3d-printable-drive-cage-for-raspberry-pi-nas\">tous les mod\u00e8les 3D imprimables sur prusaprinters.org<\/a>. Les instructions y sont \u00e9galement.
