Si \u00e0 l&#8217;\u00e9poque mon objectif \u00e9tait simplement de construire un robot bas\u00e9 sur le Raspberry pi, avec R.hasika, je suis plus ambitieux. En effet, il s&#8217;agit cette fois de concevoir enti\u00e8rement le robot, que tout soit correctement pens\u00e9, plut\u00f4t que de faire certains \u00e9l\u00e9ments comme le ch\u00e2ssis avec ce qui est disponible sous la main. Cette fois ci, chaque \u00e9l\u00e9ment du robot aura \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9. Ces moteurs sont dot\u00e9s de capteurs de rotation qui permettront un d\u00e9placement pr\u00e9cis. Ils sont contr\u00f4l\u00e9s par une puce <a href=\"http:\/\/nagashur.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/26\/rea-controle-moteurs-pwm-choix-composant-adapte\/\">DRV8835<\/a>, qui permet de les commander facilement en PWM avec seulement 4 GPIO.<\/p>\n<p>Ces moteurs entra\u00eenent deux chenilles, mais on peut les remplacer par des roues si on le souhaite. En pratique, la conception a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite enti\u00e8rement avec le logiciel libre <a href=\"http:\/\/www.openscad.org\/\">OpenScad<\/a>, et le <a href=\"https:\/\/github.com\/sarinkhan\/R.Hasika\/blob\/master\/chassis_tank_18650_monopart.scad\">code source (libre)<\/a> permet \u00e0 tout un chacun de modifier les param\u00e8tres du robot pour l&#8217;ajuster \u00e0 ses besoins. J&#8217;ai publi\u00e9 <a href=\"http:\/\/nagashur.com\/blog\/2016\/05\/07\/le-chassis-de-r-hasika-une-piece-monocoque-et-precise-pour-robots\/\">un article d\u00e9taill\u00e9 sur le ch\u00e2ssis de R.Hasika sur ce blog<\/a>, comportant plus de d\u00e9tails que la pr\u00e9sentation que vous lisez en ce moment.<\/p>\n<p>Le ch\u00e2ssis a \u00e9t\u00e9 pens\u00e9 pour \u00eatre fabriqu\u00e9 \u00e0 l&#8217;imprimante 3D d&#8217;une seule pi\u00e8ce, avec tous les trous et emplacements de fixation requis pour l&#8217;assemblage d&#8217;un robot complet. Ce ch\u00e2ssis comporte \u00e9galement l&#8217;emplacement des batteries, des moteurs, des roues libres et de la plaque de support de l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique.<\/p>\n<p>Cette derni\u00e8re justement est la seconde pi\u00e8ce, sur laquelle viennent se fixer les composants \u00e9lectroniques du robot, les capteurs, etc. Cette plaque se visse simplement sur le ch\u00e2ssis, renfor\u00e7ant ainsi davantage sa solidit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La troisi\u00e8me pi\u00e8ce est la carrosserie, qui vient se visser par dessus, et qui permet de prot\u00e9ger l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique, et sert de support \u00e0 divers autres \u00e9l\u00e9ments (voir plus bas dans la section du m\u00eame nom).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Alimentation \u00e9lectrique et autonomie<\/h2>\n<p>L&#8217;alimentation \u00e9lectrique se fait par le biais de batteries lithium (jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 4), qui fournissent une capacit\u00e9 de 50Wh, permettant ainsi au robot de d\u00e9passer les 24 heures d&#8217;autonomie hors d\u00e9placement. En d\u00e9placement on obtiendra facilement de nombreuses heures d&#8217;autonomie.<\/p>\n<p>Un autre point \u00a0int\u00e9ressant avec ces batteries est qu&#8217;elles permettent d&#8217;int\u00e9grer au robot un circuit de charge, permettant de le recharger sans retirer les batteries. Mieux, on peut recharger le robot sans l&#8217;\u00e9teindre. Si ces derniers permettent des trajectoires et mouvements pr\u00e9cis, les deux premiers servent \u00e0 mettre en oeuvre des algorithmes d&#8217;\u00e9vitement d&#8217;obstacles.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;autres capteurs viendront probablement s&#8217;ajouter \u00e0 ces capteurs, avec par exemple un module acc\u00e9l\u00e9rom\u00e8tre, boussole et gyroscope 3D.<\/p>\n<p>Un capteur particulier prendra place \u00e0 coup sur, en revanche, avec le <a href=\"http:\/\/nagashur.com\/blog\/2015\/04\/16\/installation-et-utilisation-du-module-camera-du-raspberry-pi\/\">module cam\u00e9ra du Raspberry pi<\/a>. Celui ci permet une capture vid\u00e9o en fullHD (1920*1080) \u00e0 30 images par secondes et des photos \u00e0 5Mpixels, voire 8 pour la nouvelle version. Une version infrarouge existe \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>Electronique de commande<\/h2>\n<p>Pour l&#8217;\u00e9lectronique de commande de ce robot, on s&#8217;appuie tout d&#8217;abord sur un <a href=\"http:\/\/nagashur.com\/blog\/2015\/08\/06\/arduino-nano-clone-chinois\/\">Arduino nano<\/a>, charg\u00e9 des t\u00e2ches de bas niveau (commande des moteurs, lecture des capteurs, contr\u00f4le des LEDs et boutons, \u00a0etc).
